The National Rescue Award for Teaching & Coaching Professionals_
The NRASTC is a supervision and rescue qualification for teachers working on the poolside or in the water during programmed activities, such as swimming lessons. It is suitable for teachers working in a wide range of swimming pools, including pools where the water is deeper than the teacher’s standing depth.

Fun & Engaging!
We utilise the latest technology to bring training to life! With more publicly accessible Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) available than ever before, all our First Aiders get the chance to try out these lifesaving devices during this course.
Using the latest CPR manikins, Candidates also benefit from real-time computer-aided feedback on their skills as well as feedback from the manikins to their phones!

*Holders of an Emergency First Aid at Work [EFAW] or First Aid at Work [FAW] Qualification can receive 6 hours of Accredited Prior Learning against this course

Assessment
Practical skills are assessed throughout the course by the trainer and by an independent assessor at the end of the course..
Knowledge and understanding is assessed through verbal questions by the independent assessor at the end of the course.

Certification
Successful candidates receive a certificate valid for 2 years.
