The course equips ancillary staff with First Aid and Rescue Skills they'd need to be able to respond in an emergency.

Total Qualification Time [TQT]: 16 Hours [2 days]*
*Holders of an Emergency First Aid at Work [EFAW] or First Aid at Work [FAW] Qualification can receive 6 hours of Accredited Prior Learning against this course
Assessment Practical skills are assessed throughout the course by the trainer and by an independent assessor at the end of the course.. Knowledge and understanding is assessed through verbal questions by the independent assessor at the end of the course.
Certification Successful candidates receive a certificate valid for 2 years.
